dirty towelsfaulty controller

the room was quite warm upon arrival. it needed three days for the temperature to reach a more reasonable 22 degrees. the temperature controller didn't seem to work correctly. i also noticed stains in the carpet that detracted from the overall impression. the cleaning staff likely works under pressure, so these oversights are perhaps understandable, though disappointing.

Our Family Room had a sofa bed. It accommodated everyone comfortably. The room was soundproof, ensuring quiet sleep despite the city bustle. Air conditioning maintained a pleasant temperature, VERY IMPORTANT.

the television could only be used in german.
